What this site collects, and what it never does.
What we collect
Form submissions. When you send a project inquiry, a qore access request, an introduction, or any other message through this site, we store the fields you enter, the inquiry type, the time, a coarse location derived from the connection (city and country, where available), and the connection address for abuse prevention. Records are stored in a key-value store operated on our behalf by our hosting provider and are kept for up to two years, then deleted.
Notification email. A copy of your submission is sent by email to the Qompute AI team member responsible for that kind of inquiry, through a transactional email provider. Your address is set as the reply address so a person can answer you directly.
Attribution. If you arrive with campaign parameters or a partner code in the link, your browser stores those values locally (first touch in local storage, last touch in session storage) and includes them with a form you later submit. They contain no personal information and are removed from the visible address after capture.
Event counts. A small number of named events are counted by a first-party endpoint: that a project or access button was selected, that a form was accepted, that a runbook or service page was viewed. Only the event name and page path are sent, and accepted inquiries are counted by type and service category on the server. No names, emails, company names, free text, or connection addresses are stored with them.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and operations.
What we do not do
- No advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party tracking scripts are included by this site. Our hosting provider can inject its own page-view beacon at the edge; we have turned that off, and the site's content-security policy blocks any script from another origin.
- No cookies are set by this site. Theme preference is stored in local storage only.
- No personal information is placed in URLs or analytics events.
- No automated follow-up sequences. A named person replies.
- A qore access request is never added to a services pipeline, and a project inquiry never enrols you in the preview list.
- Partners receive the status of an introduction only where the person introduced consented and the necessary permissions exist.
Your choices
To have a submission deleted or corrected, send a request through the support route quoting the reference shown when you submitted. We will confirm when it is done.
